1. General Information

ResinBlossombyLaiba specializes in handmade resin art products. Each item is crafted individually, making every piece unique. Due to the nature of resin art, slight variations in color, texture, finish, or design may occur and are considered a natural characteristic of handmade products, not defects.

2. Product Nature & Appearance

• Resin art may contain minor bubbles, flow marks, or surface variations due to the resin curing process.
• Final product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen display differences.
• Such variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

• Most products are made-to-order and/or customized according to customer preferences (size, color, name, floral theme, design, etc.).
• Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details. ResinBlossombyLaiba is not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Pricing, Payment & Charges

All prices displayed are for the product only. Taxes and delivery charges are excluded from the listed prices and will be added separately after order confirmation. Delivery charges may vary based on product size, weight, fragility, and delivery location.

Payment Policy:

• 50% advance payment is required to confirm an order.
• The remaining 50% payment must be completed before dispatch.
• Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

5. Processing Time

ResinBlossombyLaiba strives to complete orders within the displayed or communicated timeframe. Standard processing times are:

• Normal resin products: 10–15 working days
• Floral resin products: 15–20 working days

Processing time may vary due to factors such as design complexity, resin curing requirements, availability of materials, high order volume, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Any significant delay will be communicated to the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• ResinBlossombyLaiba is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs, or unforeseen logistics issues.
• Once the order is dispatched, responsibility for damage, delay, or loss lies with the courier service.
• Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details.

7. Damages, Returns & Refunds

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for customized or made-to-order products.
• If an item arrives damaged, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with clear unboxing photos or videos.
• Each case will be reviewed individually, and resolution will be provided at the brand’s discretion.

8. Product Care

Resin products should be kept away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and sharp or abrasive objects. Improper handling or care will void any responsibility of ResinBlossombyLaiba.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, logos, and content created by ResinBlossombyLaiba are the intellectual property of the brand. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

ResinBlossombyLaiba shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or handling of resin art products.

11. Amendments

ResinBlossombyLaiba reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
